Conjunctions
A word which is used to join two words, groups of words or sentences, is called a conjunction.
Examples :- Tom is a boy.
Jack is a boy.
Tom and Jack are boys. (Joining two words) - Amit is ahort.
Krish is tall.
Amit is short but Krish is tall. (Joining two sentences) - Would you like hot tea?
Would you like cold coffee?
Would you like hot tea or cold coffee? (Joining two groups of words)
